earth growth I work with a range of clients who present a variety of unique circumstances. However, there is a common thread, they are presently in distress about something in their lives.

During our initial meeting we’ll discuss your specific areas of concern. After taking time to understand your feelings and your needs I’ll suggest a plan for how we might work together to achieve what you desire. We’ll take things a step at a time, making sure that I am on track and that your core issues and present needs are being understood. If I am not the best person to address your concerns, I’ll be happy to offer you some excellent referrals. If it feels like a good fit for both of us, we will agreed on a plan for how to move forward.

Rates & Insurance

Rates:

  • Average Session Fee: $175

    • (sliding scale available under certain circumstances)

Insurance:

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Coverage Parity laws require most health plans to apply similar rules to mental health benefits as they do for medical/surgical benefits. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your insurance provider:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Please note the cancellation policy. 24 hrs. notice is required and appreciated: you will not be charged. Less than 24hrs. notice and the session will charged in full.
